Broken link on the ftp site?

I want to pick up the latest source for gnome-libs (1.2.4).
There is a link in the directory
/pub/GNOME/stable/sources/gnome-libs on ftp.gnome.org which
says
LATEST-IS-1.2.4 -> gnome-libs-1.2.4.tar.gz
but there isn't such a file. The link is dated 28 Jun.
