Is bug reporting bugging developers ?

Recently I downloaded and installed Evolution and I'm writing up this
email with it (Hope it makes it to the list intact :)  I well aware that
Evolution is alphaware at this stage and that leads to me to my
question.   I'm sure the developers and hackers on the Evolution team
are aware of some of the annoying pesky bugs and segfaults in the
software, or if they dont,  are they concerned about it at this point ? 

Should users bother sending bug reports right now ?   (I suppose this
applies to any other package as well, nautilus, gtk-1.3, etc, etc.)  Or
will bug reports just bug you guys and fill up mailboxes unneedlessly
?  

Evolution is amazing so far, and exactly what I'm looking for in a
client for linux, the druid filter is great and many other wonderful
things ..... although the calender has some real interface issues ,
everything else looks good so far :))))))))
