GNOMEICU in KDE as standalone -- footnote

Dear friends:

What I mean, of course, is whether there is a way of running GnomeICU in
KDE without launching the Gnome panel (on top of the KDE panel).
GnomeICU is docked to the Gnome panel. Is there a way to run it in KDE
as a standalone by undocking it, by launching it without the Gnome panel
bar?
