I had made a patch that did this a few nights ago, but Anders (tasklist
maintainer claims it doesn't work for him...works fine for me.)

Probably lots of little bugs in places, and sometimes it sucks, but it does
tooltips on tasks that are written like "Netsc..."

In the next version of tasklist there should be proper tooltips, but i dunno
when that'll be out.
