X session scrip name depends on X init scripts suit. Look into
/etc/X11/xinit/Xinit script for findout X session script name (sometimes
it is ~/.Xsession).

$ grep dutch /usr/share/locale/locale.alias
dutch		nl_NL.ISO-8859-1

Ups .. sorry ;-)
Above line with dutch alias is "deutsch         de_DE.ISO-8859-1" :-)
