Hardly.  CORBA is a fairly tight set of related standards,
but whether one offers a service over IIOP via IPv4 by default
is not the sort of things that it specifies.

We have already seen that this doesn't happen.  Miguel has
deferred to Elliot on this issue.  The distros would defer
to Miguel or, more likely, just ignore the issue entirely.
