That's a double bug: the packages are downloaded to /tmp, and installed
under /usr.  /home doesn't enter into it.  Since both /tmp and /usr are
sometimes on separate partitions, both should be checked.  Naturally
/home _shouldn't_ be checked, unless of course they change the installer
to download to somewhere other than /tmp.
