dcgettext -- where's that from?

Hey ho.

As I said before, --disable-nls allowed me to compile the gtk+ package 
(1.2.7).  Now, it looks like the same option will get me through
gnome-libs.  But, I'd prefer to solve the problem.  Does anyone know
what I'm missing?
