.spec file for gtkhtml

I just checked out and compiled gtkhtml in order to be able to build
evolution. Since RPM .spec file was included on the directory and I
refuse to let 'make' install anything outside my development area, I
had to write one myself. It is included here, in case someone else find
it useful...
