Gnome-CC; Segfault at Startup as non-root???

Hello,
i just changed my WM from Enlightenment to FVM2 with gnome-session.
The Desktop starts fine, but unfortunately its depents from my login.
I cannot see lot of Progs without login in with root permissions (Make
sens, but is this a feature or a bug?).
How could i configure that all Progs which run with normal permissions
could be accessibly to me.
E.G. gnome-control center starts with segfault under non-root
permissions.
I reinstalled it completely, but with no success.
Some more programs i cannot see in my menues!

What`s going wrong?
