gnomeicu: assert fails on startup

Before I write to the author, has anyone else experienced these problems
with gnomeicu 0.90b?

  [rich@galileo rich]$ gnomeicu

  GnomeUI-WARNING **: Could not open help topics file NULL

  GnomeUI-CRITICAL **: file gnome-animator.c: line 982
  (gnome_animator_append_frames_from_file_at_size): assertion `name !=
  NULL' failed.

...and then it hangs.

Build went fine, no warnings or errors.  Running Mandrake 6.0.
