Gnumeric - testbed for everything, and it actually works and is useful
Gnomecal - the prettiest calendar since silk strings tied to your finger
Dia - xfig can bite me
Eye of Gnome - for your alt.binaries.pictures.furniture archive
GGV - Ghostview can bite me
