evolution compile error on gtk_helix

Hi
Im useing the latest helix version of gtk and when
i try to compile evolution it tells me i need a newer version
or that it istalled incorrectly.
Has anyone ran in to this before and if so there solution to the problem.

I've had this happen in the past but it turned out to be the same but 
different package installed
@ the same time. this does'nt seem to be the case here.
