Trying to compile gnome-core 1.2.0 with GtkHTML 0.2 support, "make" fails
trying to (statically) link libgtkhtml.a into the help browser.
But when I change the Makefile and use "-L$(GTK_HTML_PREFIX) -lgtkhtml"
(using dynamic linking, right?), everything works.
Is this due to a bug in the static library of GtkHTML 0.2?
Can dynamic linking in this case do any harm?
Herman
