Sound -> headphones --how?

Sorry if this is the wrong place to post this question but it is driving me mad.
I can't find anything to allow me to route sound to the headphones. At the mo'
it's coming out of the built in speakers and I can't find anything like CDE's
AudioControl. It's driving me barmy. Can someone kick me in the right direction
cause I'm sure it's something simple and I'm just being slow.
