Announce: gpaint 0.1.1

A new version of gpaint (0.1.1) was just released.  This release
features improved text drawing tool and more robust image saving.

Gpaint is a small image editing program for GNOME, the GNU desktop
environment.  A work in progress, its usability continues to grow
quickly.  It is available under the GNU GPL, version 2 or later.
