Ximian Gnome 1.4 sound buglet solved

Hi,

if you also experience the problem that expanding a drawer on
the panel does not produce any sound, but collapsing does,
then edit /etc/sound/events/panel.soundlist and replace
the section name "[open]" with "[expand]". This fixed it
for me.
