moving the greeter/login screen location (multihead)

hello,

i have somehow managed to get a two-monitor desktop configured
(due almost entirely to xinerama howto).

anyway, the only annoying bit left is that the login/greeter screen
is in the middle of the virtual screen, i.e., it's split between the two
monitors.

is there some way to move the greeter and splash screen locations?
