Keyboard swiss-german

Hi all

I use Gnome (Ximian) on my Thinkpad. I would like to use the swiss-german
keyboard; the mapping works perfectly (I edited X86conf) but I have a
problem with using the special keys like "@". I would like to set the ALTGR
key to use to get these special characters - but I have not really worked
out how to set this correclty. 

Please advise.
