What are gconf and liboaf and where do I get them?

Hello here

While compiling gnome-vfs-1.0 I got these errors:

gnome-vfs-mime-handlers.h:29: liboaf/liboaf.h: No such file or directory
gnome-vfs-mime-handlers.c:32: gconf/gconf.h: No such file or directory

What gnome packages provide these includes? Readme file has nothing.
