Gnome Control Center

Hi,
 hope this is the right list for this query!

I recently updated my Gnome installation using
 Helix, and now I'm having trouble with the "Control Center"
 configuration tool.
Whichever of the sections on the left I click, the right
 hand panel stays completely blank.
I'm guessing that the Control Center isn't in synch with 
 some other part of Linux any longer.
Control Center is Version 1.2.2 under RedHat 6.2.

Does anyone know what's going on ?
Any help would be appreciated, as this is driving
 me up the wall !
