warning: `alloca' redefined error with gnome-applets

Hi,
I'm trying to compile gnome-applets-1.4.0.5 on my Linux From Scratch
System, and so far everything has gone fairly smoothly, apart from
gnome-applets.

Every time I try to make the package, I get the error below:

My system is currently running the following packages:

Ive managed to find someone else who has the same error on a posting on
the net,but there was not answer to it.

Any help would be gratefull
