Greetings,
When I look at GTK+/Gnome Application Developer or this
associated web site, I see a vast of array of
oppurtunities to modify the user desktop displays.
What I'm not seeing is modification of the actual login
manager. One of the earlier notes said to run
gdmconfig to change the appearance..ie font or graphics.
But I want to modify the actual content. I'm
attempting to simply my cross-realm implementation for
Kerberos. If I could specify the realm when I am
logging this would greatly simplify administration. So
I would enter my user id, password, and and also have a
square to enter my realm. I could then place a pam
module in pam.conf to handle my realm request.
If anyone could point in the right direction or whether
this is even feasible to modify the login manager I
would appreciate it.
Thanks,
Ann Adams
