It certainly a bug in mozilla. If you dont experience the bug with
mozilla then its only a mozilla bug in the embedding. Both cases should
be reported on bugzilla.mozilla.org (with reproducable testcases).

Of course as a first step you should upgrade to the latest mozilla and
galeon releases (0.9.8 and 1.1.3)
