Evolution log

Hi,

Is there a way to record a log of Evolution's interactions with an IMAP
server? I'm having some issues with a mail account of one particular
ISP, and I think the problem is at their end; but I can't really
convince them of that until I can specifically say "here, this is what's
not working correctly when my program tries to talk to your server".
