ORBit2-2.3.105: configure alignment error?

hello,
I get an error message when I try to compile the ORBit2-2.3.105.tar.gz,
announced last week.
I cant explain myself, why alignment checks might fail. Can someone
explain how to get arround this (see attachment for complete logfile):
