Cannot compile Galeon

Hi list,

I seem to be unable to compile galeon. The configure scripts says:

configure: error:
         *** Mozilla  is required
         *** A package for  is available here:
         *** http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla/releases/mozilla/.

However, mozilla (0.97) *is* installed in /usr/local/mozilla.
I tried --with-mozilla-home=/usr/local/mozilla and
--with-mozilla-libs=/usr/local/mozilla/components
but the script keeps barking "Mozilla is required"

What am is missing?
