gnome-terminal

 Sorry to send you this, I did try "This Mailing List" while ago and I didn't
 get any response at all.
 
 I am trying to use "gnome-terminal" on HPUX version 11.00. the program has
 compiled fine, and all other aspects of gnome desktop are functioning ok.
 
 I am using the lastest stable version of "gnome-terminal" 
 (gnome-core-1.4.0.5)and  "gnome-libs" (1.4.1.3). 
 
 everytime I start gnome-terminal, the wiget start ok but I gives the error:
 
 	 "Error: unable to fork: Bad file number"
 
 I've narrow done the problem, and It seems the problem comes from :
 
 	"zvt_term_forkpty (term, cfg-update_records)" 
 
 function  in "gnome-terminal.c".
 
 I've printed out the value of " cfg-update_records " , and it is :
 
 	cfg-update_records=7
 
 Is there any idea how to solve this problem please.
