No this is really true, by not having right click drag, context menus
appear on mouse down and this prevents accidental drags when a user is
trying to get a context menu (which a far more common case than context
draggin).

yes this does somewhat suck for mac users and users of two button mice,
but imo context draggin is only useful because we don't have some sort
of accessible drag and drop (eg. pick up and drop) in the menus.
