GNOME-HELP problem

Dear Gnome:

I am having a problem getting gnome help to appear and
I cannot find a resolution on any list.

Whenever I select help I get the following message

There was an error displaying help: Failed to execute
child process "gnome-help" (No such file or directory)

Please suggest a way to fix this.
