Format for automatic proxy configuration.

  There is an option for the automatic proxy configuration:

  Now I am a sysadmin, how do I create such an URL?  What is the format of the file?  I could not find this info on the web. :(

 

  BTW, anybody knows in which file the data is saved when the user press <close>?
