Anjuta -- Which type of project do I want to create?

I am writing a Gnome application that uses libglade, vfs etc. Therefore
I should just choose standard 'Gnome Application' project type?

Also, how do i specify compile options like for a sample app:

gcc `pkg-config --libs --cflags gnome-vfs-2.0` vfs-test1.c -o vfs-test1
