thanx for the answers. I finaly installed kate, its a text editer with
code highlightning and fits my purposes well (but looks horrible). It
seams that it uses parts of the kde desktop to do the "editability"
Is this a question about the gnome-vfs or of the application ore both?
And if I build a linux networks with nfs could I directly edit files
over the server. And how it behaves on windows?
one question beside. Where do I define witch application is opend if I
doupleclick on a file. And where do I define the application on the
context menu?
