Gnome ftp releases RSS broken

The ftp releases RSS feed (http://ftp.gnome.org/pub/gnome/LATEST.xml) seems to be broken for some time now. The error is this:

The "^" is really under the weird chars after the "thanks to Mi" text. I have no idea who to contact about this...
