Thanks Desmond, that didn't seem to have any effect as far as detecting
the monitor in the command center. It still shows a large red block with
'unknown' in the center. 1024 x 768 was just a bit too large for me. Any
other suggestions? Should translucency be turned off or on, or I guess
that depends on the video card?
