How to automatically ssh to another machine after typing Shift+Ctrl+N?

Hi,
I'm wondering if there is a way to configure gnome-terminal such that
it will always ssh to a given machine every time I start a new
terminal say by typing Shift+Ctrl+N? Thank you!
