Dotan,
The following workaround may help:
Edit /usr/share/X11/xkb/compat/mousekeys
Locate the following section:
interpret Pointer_Button_Dflt {
action= PointerButton(button=default);
};
Change the action line to:
action= PointerButton(button=default,count=2);
Then restart Gnome and see if it works. I know that will work if you
use mousekeys (to control the mouse via the keyboard), but not if it
will work with a normal mouse. I would check, but I can't use a mouse.
