[gnome-love] designinig window-based application

my name is Lucas Rocha, i am a computing sciente student from Brazil.
I have been studying gtk+ and other related libs and im having some
difficults on design window-based application once all my development
experience is for web dev.

I would like to hear some ideas about how to model a window-based
application using gtk+. I mean, how to separate presentation from
business logic, MVC (is there something like this with gtk?), etc, etc,
etc.
