[gnome-love] Activation with one click

Hi.
I'm currently with RSI, and it's hard to me use mouse. (I'm using kmousetool to
help me). So I would like to set Gnome to open files with one mouse click, like
KDE. 

Is it possible? If so, how do I do it?
