I've offered to help out with this, but I need some guidance since
I've never worked with the GTK API and I've only written small scripts
in Python. Since it doesn't seem like the maintainer is interested in
adding DnD support, I thought I try to do an effort, but I think
someone need to give me some hints.
Does anyone care to help me out with this one?
I think you'll find very useful this bug report[1] about adding that
same feature to evince (DND of files from nautilus into evince to open
them) and the small patch[2] for it, with that and the DND api
documentation[3] I think you could do that.
