Hi Collin,
Is there any project in particular that you are interested in?  If so,
it would be good to subscribe to that project's mailing list and ask
questions there. If you are interested in C++ in GNOME in general,
some good resources are the gtkmm mailing list (see gtkmm.org) and the
#c++ channel on irc.gnome.org.
