EsounD LPF for sampling rate converting

In GNOME,EsounD(esd) is used as sound server.
But,in case of sampling rate is differ between
clients and soundcard,It sounds very noisy.
When re-sampling,LPF(Low Pass Filter) is used,
but EsounD has no LPF. Then I made a patch to add
LPFs to EsounD.
NOTE:
This patch is only tested on my computer,
mainly 44.1kHz to 48kHz resampling.
Patch(for esound-0.2.32) is avaliable from
