[Totem] Browser plugin gstreamer

Hi,
I didn't have a deep look into the code yet, I just wonder how much a
browser plugin needs to depend on totem.
Would it make sense to have a more generic gstreamer browser plugin,
so there is no need for all gstreamer applications to write their own?
