A bugfix release for Rygel!

Changes compared to 0.18.3:

- Some documentation fixes.

Core:
 - Use the correct depth value for PNG files (24 instead of 32).

Server:
 - Fix uploading of DIDL_S playlists.
 - Fix a critical when a client created an object and removed it before
   uploading its content.
 - Fix a critical when the "Filter" argument of the Browse call is missing.

GStreamer MediaEngine:
 - Issue a warning if a source element cannot be created.

MediaExport:
 - Add missing <searchClass /> entries in DIDL.
 - Fix the invalid browse response in "Artist" virtual containers.
 - Use the sort criteria in virtual folders.
 - Fix a critical/crash if a file was removed remotely that didn't exist
   anymore.
 - Add a message when counting children of virtual containers failed.
 - Fix a memory corruption when doing string collation.
 - Use fall-back search for @refID to capture everything in the virtual folders
   as well.
 - Use full iso8601 date format.

What is Rygel?

Rygel is a home media solution that allows you to easily share audio, video and
pictures, and control of media player on your home network. In technical terms
it is both a UPnP AV MediaServer and MediaRenderer implemented through a plug-in
mechanism. Interoperability with other devices in the market is achieved by
conformance to very strict requirements of DLNA and on the fly conversion of
media to format that client devices are capable of handling.
