Who is asking for such pre-built things?
I don't want to build packages, but an ARMv7 version of the xdg-app runtimes.

There are a few ARMv7 hardware configurations where it's possible to build and
run the GNOME stack that you can buy today (most Odroid variants, Qualcomm
snapdragon boards, etc); my employer also has an interest in ensuring runtimes
are available for that architecture.
Then why not get your employer to donate a board to do the builds on? :)
