i run solaris 5.5.1, and had to make several changes for it to compile.
They are:
gpilotd.c: #if 0 out #define _XOPEN_SOURCE
pilot.c: remove // comment
file_conduit.c: remove #include getopt.h
email_conduit.h: remove // comment
utils/Makefile: add -lsocket -lnsl to PISOCK_LIBS
gpilotd-client.c: remove // comments
I already submitted these to bugs.gnome.org....
It's a little flakely, but it is working for me.
