Evolution Sync

I am trying to sync my Palm Pilot with Ximian Evolution.  Everything I
have read states that I need to enable the E-Address conduit by going
through Gnome Control Center.  However, Gnome Control Center does not
give me and option for the E-Address Conduit.  I have downloaded and
installed the required conduits but they do not show up in Gnome Control
Center.  How can I enable the conduits without going through Gnome
Control Center.
