problem syncing on OpenSUSE 10.2

Hi:

   Just upgraded my laptop to 10.2...was using Garnome 2.16.2.1 before
(quite happily)...

   Upon startup, after the upgrade tried to sync my
desktop/email/contacts/memos, etc to my Treo using
gnome-pilot.  No ticky, no worky.  Here is the output from gpilotd -d:

   I tried checking the issue reported RE: timezone, so I setup my treo
and evolution's calendar/timezone to NewYork as the above test
is run with.

   Any known issues or suggestions to make this work?  There should be a
calendar entry, 2 memos and a contact which should be
getting pushed to the treo which aren't.  The conduits are setup to
Synchronize.
