One more thing...
On the topic of obtaining money for the summit, would there be any
wisdom in setting up something like an amazon honor system account
(http://www.amazon.com/honor) and asking people to make a small
"registration donation" of sorts to help cover the costs? Kind of like
chipping in gas money for a road trip.
