[Gnome-print] docs in cvs aren't included in tarball?

This came up on IRC when someone was looking for gnome-print docs.
They're not on developer.gnome.org but they're also not in the
tarball. I see some docs in the cvs module, though.
Shouldn't they get into the tarballs?
